MikeInFLA...what a fantastic Draped Bust - really nice...really, really nice !!!

Sorry, I don't have any larger images of the 1914-D dime - just what

Tom Peifer provided on the eBay auction.

If you could have seen the 1893-P dime on that auction you would have cried - like I did when I was snipped at the last second !!! rrrrrgggghhh !!

Great coins everyone !!!

RGT, nice looking '34-D. (thumbs u

ES, sweet Barbers. (thumbs u Just for interests sakes, how many date/mm conditionally different copies are you collecting for each series?

Mike, that's a sweet looking Bust! :applause: For those of us that don't know the difference between the marriages etc. what denomination is it?

This Avatar better portrays my complete series interest, rather than

just Half Dollars.

As far as how many duplicates I own, most coins are listed on the

NGC Registry, under Mike Hayes - Barber Collection [ # 1 - thru # 5 ].

This in no way truly represents the entire collection. I also have most dates

in ANACS & PCI holders in VF - AU 55. I'm also working on two raw sets

and have other duplicates which I'll end up getting certified one of these days.

Here's the newest addition which I picked up today at the Stack's auction:

It is an O-109 half dollar. Thanks for your (and everyone's) kind words. I am very happy with the coin...Mike

p.s. another nice AU barber, Elbesaar!

Thanks for all the kind words. Once I get the coins I will take some photos and post them. I hope they look as good as the pictures. They were kind of impulse buys.

Well then I am glad I didn't dissapoint.......I haven't been buying 65's anyway so even if I had seen this one I would have passed due to funds so.....I guess I have to let you off with a warning this time :sumo:

Maybe it's the pics but are the fields hazed? I like DMPL's!!!!!!
Nope, no haze, very mirrored. I took several dozen pics trying to get the reflection illustrated well but failed miserably lol. That's the best I could do. If there is some trick to getting the camera to focus on the reflection and not the coin itself I couldn't figure it out. The coin is a 62DMPL.

That really is a stunning Morgan and I agree, its a DMPL, as the reflection from

the news print proves. I can't see the "62" rating, as it looks alot nicer than that !

Other than winning the 1901-S half in ANACS 55, I made a best offer on eBay for

a couple of Barber halves that I liked the looks of. Both are PCGS XF 40's:
