postage/handling charges for multiple invoices

I was wondering if I send in two invoices in one package do I have to pay the postage/handling charges for each invoice or just add the coins together and pay one postage/handling charge that the amount of coins would cost. Heres a example of what i am talking about to help understand the question, if I have two coins on one invoice and one coin on another (and am going to send them together in one package) on the back of the invoice it says 1-3 coins is $4.25 postage/handling charge, I will have three coins so it will fall under that catagory but would I just pay the $4.25 for both invoices or do I pay $4.25 for the 2 coins on the first invoice and another $4.25 for the single coin on the other invoice?

When shipping multiple invoices together, add the coins together and pay one postage charge. In your example, your would pay a single charge of $4.25 for all three coins.
