Morgan VAM-?? 3/8" Die Crack

Just bought a 1900 O morgan graded MS-64 by NGC. There is no mention of VAM on NGC label but, look at this picture:

It uns from below the S to beside the 2nd U and is about 3/8" long. Is this the crack normally on VAM-29-A? My book does not show a picture. Does NGC only put identification like that on package only if requested?
