NGC Submissions return as NCS?

Sorry I'm confused. I sent in 5 coins to NGC to be graded and a couple of them say "Imporperly Cleaned" under "My Submisions." Does that mean that they are going to come back to me in "body bags" or NCS slabs?

Your coins submitted to NGC that are determined to be "no grades" will be returned to you in "body bags" not NCS Details holders.

 

For future submissions, if you have any coins you feel may be no grades and would like those in NCS Details grade holders, submit them to NCS for Details Grading. Any coins that will grade with NGC will be transferred to NGC for certification for you. Any coins that will not grade with NGC will be encapsulated by NCS with a details grade. All coins will then ship back to you together.
