Quality Control?

2 posts in this topic

I sent in 5 coins that are currently in "Quality Control." Is this a sign that the some of the coins have problems or is this a normal step in the grading process?

Thanks so much, Winston

Quality control is where the coins in holders are checked for the final time before they are mail out. They are checked to make sure the grades and information is correct and during this time changes can be made. After quality control the coins are moved to shipping and back to the owner.
