I can't find it in Krause so I don't know if it is a coin, silver round or medal.

Looks like a medal to me, having something to do with Egypt...

This is what I found about this medal.

 

 

During the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s, German Werner Gaul commissioned Austrian and West German government mints to strike a series of gold and silver commemorative "coins" for him.

 

The pieces were denominated as "ducats" but not recognized as money anywhere. He sold them to collectors worldwide, especially in Europe, for a little more than their value as bullion.

 

The reverse says ---"For the prosperity of the world" in Latin. There were many medals minted and the reverse was the same.
