Off Center Coins

Am I able to submit as mint error coins which are struck so far off center that they are not circular? I have a pair of nickels where I can see the date and mint mark but is more oblong then round and three quarters of the original placnhet is still not minted.

NGC will grade and encapsulate problem free mint error coins. While some are too thick or large for a holder most are able to be encapsulated even if they are not round.
