What size flip can be used for submission of single coin?

Hi

Just a short question as I can't find it on Submissions when on line. What size flips should the single coins be sent in for submissions? There are two sizes I know of, 2 1/2 and 2 inch. Which one will NGC submission accept? Thanks in advance for any help on this.
