Is there a cheaper place for ASE proofs?

I'm looking around to find the cheapest place to pick up the ASE 2006 proof. Is there anywhere better than the us mint website?

Don't know. But I would ask if you've had issues with purchasing from the U.S. Mint? especially for current issue coinage.

Since everyone has to get theirs from the US Mint originally, there is probably no better place. You may be able to get them off eBay a dollar or two cheaper if you pay close attention, but I wouldn't count on it.

 

You can get a modest discount on them from the Mint if you're willing to buy in BULK, but it is very modest.

I've never purchased from the mint, but I assume that they're a reliable organisation
