How does one go about submitting NGC graded coins for Photo Proof service? I don't see that option on either the on-line or paper sumbission forms. Thanks.

Coins are photographed in their holder. If there are scratches or scuffs on the holder, we may contact you requesting to reholder your coin. This is not done without the submitter's request or permission.
