Not my cup of tea and with the marks on the cheek it doesn't look 64? Is there a scratch on the plastic above the cheek or is that really on the coin.....

I'd have called it a low end 64 Shane,but a 64 nonetheless...

Considering the scratches are magnified a bit by the high resolution photo, I can see a 64. A tight 64.
