1994D Zinc?Missing Copper?Struck on Proof?

I found this 1994D Lincoln and it's bright and shiny and when holding it at a distance the fields look mirrored but when I try to scan it it looks black. I scanned a nicer 1994D with it for comparison. The regular one shows up with color but the brighter one (the one I'm inquiring about) does not. The one on the right is actually very shiny.
