I went to my authorized dealer to inquire about submitting two coins. One was a proof Indian Head that he thought would probably go PF-63, the other was a Morgan that he thought had a good shot at 65. He then said he rarly submitts coins for customers anymore, because the general public can now submit coins by contacting NGC and requesting a submission kit. I'm guessing this is not the case. If he won't do it, how do I submit my coins.
