Coin holdered incorrectly

I just received this coin back from grading:

I noted on the invoice that I wanted it holdered date side up (for obvoius reasons) but it came back with the coat of arms side up. Can I get this corrected at no charge since the request was clearly noted on the invoice? If so, who's attention should I send it to?
