What qualifies as Dealer?

Hi again

I would like to know if possible what NGC qualifies an individual as a Dealer so that He can get a lower submission fee on coins? I do alot of selling on Ebay but I am not a certified Coin Dealer where I have my own business per say. Thanks

There are certain qualifications and references that must be made via a form that must be completed. Our customer service can answer any specific questions on the qualifications that must be met.
