Is there a PVC regrade fee for coins returned in a PVC flip? And how is it regraded when PVC is removed, separate form to fill out, speed?

Hi,

 

There is no regrade fee at present for coins returned for PVC. If the PVC was removed via NCS or yourself, it would go through the normal grading process.
