Good Morning,

When you submit GSA Morgans to be certified in their original case with the NGC labels,you don't have to include the box and COA,right? Also,you don't have to mark anything extra on the submission form?

You don't have to include the box and COA. You do need to check the box for GSA, along with the service tier of choice.
