NCS Submitter Number

Three groups of people can submit their coins directly to NCS. American Numismatic Association members as well as dealers already with an active NGC account would need to complete an NCS application for membership in the submitter's network which can be included with the initial submission. Paid members of the Collectors' Society, so long as their account is active, may submit their coins without an application.

Your CS number is your submitter number if you are a paid member of the Collectors' Society. ANA members have an account number starting with an 'A'.

Are the NCS submission forms for NGC Collector's Society Members going to be put online with other submission forms? I lost my packet from last year while moving and do not have the forms. It surely would be handy to be able to download NCS submission forms just like the others.

We do have plans to have the submission forms online, but currently we only have the paper version. Contact NCS Customer Service at 866-627-2646 to have additional forms sent to you.

I am an ANA Member and have a NGC Submitter Number for coin grading. I want to send some coins to NCS then on to grading at NGC. Do I need a separate NCS Submitter number to do this? Thanks, Lee

We would require you to complete an application to become part of the NCS Submitter Network as well. Contact NCS Customer Service at ncshelp@ncscoin.com or 866-627-2646 to receive the submitter's packet.
