Is there any way you can post higher resolution scans of all the stuff you have been posting? There is no way anyone can tell anything from the scans you have been posting so far.

Based on the scanned image, this is likely common strike-doubling, and commands no premium. If it is strike-doubling, then it is not due to doubing of the date on the hub, but instead is caused by problems with the striking process.
