Online submisson form for mult slab.

Hi

I was wondering on your online submission form where can I request a Multi-Slab on lets say a 2005 Silver quarter proof set or on 2005 Mint Set State quarters. I don't see a place that says I can request a Multi slab. Thanks for any help on this.

At this time we do not have a selection for Multi Coin holder on the online submission form. However, in step 3 of the form, there is an area where you can include special instructions. Please use this area to indicate that you would like the coins holdered in a multi coin holder.
