Variety designation for 2 feathers buffalo

Normally, you could submit your holdered coin for Designation Review at a fee of $10, and we would add the variety. In this instance, however, 1923 is not among the 2-feather varieties listed in the Cherrypickers' Guide, so we would not recognize it.
