Kansas State Quarter Error.. Does NGC recognize??

I recently aquired a few Kansas State Quarters that have a very faint T in the motto. see pic... Does NGC recognize errors like this? You guys completly blew off the ocean in view nickels I sent you with faded letters in the motto I just dont want to waste my money.
