Dear NGC Expert,

I'm a begining collector and try to collecting some popular Chinese dragon dollar. Also, I would like to consulting the NGC expert's will NGC grade dragon dollar like the pictures below ? It looks proof issue to me and has deep oxidation.

Any opinion are welcome and appreciate. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
