Does NCS Conserve / Grade Commemorative Medals?

I have the following item and would like to know if NCS would conserve it and whether NGC encapsulate it. Thank you.

NCS will conserve any metallic numismatic item. Your medal would be eligible for conservation.

 

Your medal would not, however, be an eligible type to certification. Eligible types for certification include Civil War tokens, So-Called Dollars, Conder Tokens, and other series listed in the Rulau catalog of United States Tokens.

Both NGC and NCS have the same eligible type standards for tokens and medals.
