Yes. The war seems to have had a negative effect on the economy, resulting in cautious optimism (or, pessimism) of our financial situation. I am only minimally encouraged that the wholesale and retail CPI #'s went up slightly.

 

Consequently, I am unable to devote much in the way of funds to discretionary expenses.
