Large Cent Population Report

I was looking at a coin on ebay (Large Cent 1840 N-6 MS66 BN). I then compared to the ESM5 set that won the Best of Catagory in 2004. In that set there is a Large Cent 1840 N-6 MS67 BN). But, when I looked at the NGC Population Report the highest graded coin is MS66 BN. How often do you update the NGC Population report that is online ? Am I missing the MS67 coin that is in the ESM5 set ?
