Reverse looks OK , but what the heck is up with the obverse???

Beware some SEGS PL's wont cross! Nice looking coin although I would wonder why it isn't a NGC or PCGS holder???

The obverse and reverse of this coin do not look like they belong to the same coin. The obverse does not look like an MS64-CC coin. It is too clean! The reverse looks semi-P/L with a satin obverse. Something is wrong with this picture. Just my opinion.

I think the dealer should send it in to NGC, get it in a MS-64 or 63 holder--then drive 30 minutes to Legend Coin in N.J. and sell it for $35,000 instead of $12,000 or less. IMHO it's impossible to see from an image what the problem with the coin is and whether it's a nice $3,000 hole filler or has a really bad problem.
