Toning? Fix?

Is the attached considered toning? Should I get it professionally fininshed or better to leave as is?

Sure, it's toning but it is minimal and I would leave it alone. I would seriously consider you storage environment because, left unchecked, your whole collection will turn.

That is considered toning and I suspect that someone handled that piece with a moist hand on or near that edge and that is why it is toned in that manner.
