Please Grade these Morgan CC GSA coins

It is hard to tell the grade from a picture but I would guess MS63 for both coins.

Would a scaner work better than digital???

On the 1883 the 2nd "8" looks to have a small bar under it, is this a type of vam and if so which one?

Im going to send them to NGC for grading when I get every thing set up.

The pics are kind of small, but the 83 looks like a VAM 3. It's an R-3, so it's not rare, but it is cool
