Well,I assume you are submitting it as it looks so I would say that a grade of 63 or so is about right.Now if it was properly dipped( ) I'd say it would probably go Gem.

It might upgrade if sent to NCS. Doesn't appear more than a 63 to me, either.

I can not tell from the scan. Eagle's left foot lacks any detail. Don't know if this is poor strike or rub.
