Is this a Off-Center Strike? 1968 S Lincoln Memorial Penny 1 1

 Inquiry Regarding 1968 S Lincoln Memorial Penny
 Hello Forum Members,
I am writing to request your expertise in evaluating a 1968 S Lincoln Memorial Penny that I believe may be an off-center strike. I would appreciate your confirmation of this assessment, or your explanation on way i am incorrect. Also If there are any other notable errors and if possible an estimate of its approximate value if sold to a dealer.  
The penny's specifications are as follows:
 * Width: 19mm
 * Weight: 3.06g

Definitely not an off center strike. This looks like a misaligned die sometimes known as a MAD. The die might have been slightly knocked out of alignment causing it to look off center, but it's not. This has no premium, but it is worth 3 cents because of copper content! Even if this was a real off center strike it would still only be worth 4 cents, you need a more significant error for a premium. =)

An off centre strike would be off on both sides. Even if this was an off centre, it would still
be within the accepted tolerances. There is no premium unless the design runs off of the edges.

Slight misalignment of dies, but not enough to bring a premium.  This might be a good start to an album, but no real value.

Another vote in the camp for a slightly misaligned obverse die as the reverse is normally centered. This is common on Lincoln Cents dating all the way back to the Wheat Cent series and especially when mintages started to go into the hundreds of millions. This adds no premium to this cent and misaligned dies do not become an error unless some portion of the design is missing. Same for off center strikes.

As this is the second coin you have posted looking for something in the error realm of coins, I suggest you return to the basics of coin collecting and get that down before attempting to identify error coins. Error collecting is a niche in the hobby and requires extensive research into the processes of coin minting, something not everyone is willing to dedicate the time required to study.

This is an utterly normal 1968-S cent. The design was completely rehubbed in 1969.
