You have a circulated steel cent, if your question is (as you didn't actually ask a question it is unclear) what the coin is worth that would be about $1 full retail.   A coin dealer might offer you a shiny new quarter for it, maybe.

I agree this steel cent was lightly circulated, and I think it was either laying somewhere face down, or was put into an album with the reverse showing. The obverse looks better than the reverse as if the reverse was exposed to the environment more than the obverse.

I also agree on the already stated value on this cent.
