Marty1102
I see so many different pictures of different types and double ears. I am absolutely confused. Could this be a double ear or is this just reflection or the angle that I’m looking at it? Or is it just my brain telling me it is a double ear since I’m searching for it
powermad5000
Not sure exactly what you are seeing that leads you to believe this coin has a doubled ear. It typically is found on the earlobe and the secondary image is typically below the primary image and it is pretty distinct. I have provided a link to CONECA of one of these for you to see a picture showing the difference between this variety and your cent. It also has photos of all the varieties found that are recognized. https://conecaonline.org/1988-doubled-ear-lincoln-found/ Edited Thursday at 04:13 AM by powermad5000 more information Henri Charriere
