Could I submit coins personally instead of mailing them for authenticate?

Welcome to the forum, this area of the forum is meant for questions and about the NGC registry, your question would be better placed in the "ask NGC" section of the forum.   However, the answer is yes you can, if there is a coin show near you that NGC is taking submissions at you can drop off your coins/submission to the NGC folks at that coin show.

This is the recommended way to bring your coins to NGC in person, at one of the major coin shows. You can call them with your location and ask them when they will be at a show in your area or you can look under the Submit tab at the top of the website and click on Events in the dropdown menu to see where NGC will be at a scheduled show where they will be accepting submissions.

Only NGC authorized dealers can bring coins directly to Sarasota, FL and it is only done at the discretion of NGC. Typically they only take Unlimited Value tier coins or very large collections this way. Think only six figure valued coins or collections of coins numbering in the thousands. These types of submissions would not be able to be properly insured through their normal carriers.
