so the mint mark looks like it could have been a denver not sure its like a glob and on the reverse the states of is almost missing any ideas?

Welcome to the forum!  Looks like the start of zinc corrosion at the mintmark, it is a common place for the plating to split exposing the zinc core, which soon corrodes.  Weakness on the upper reverse is very common, it is directly opposite the bottom of Lincoln's bust on the obverse, which takes a lot of material to fill, leaving the corresponding area on the reverse weak.

Hello and welcome!

I think there is a large plating blister around the mintmark on this cent. The weakness on the reverse lettering is common as noted by @l.cutler. The area on the opposite side of that lettering is the bottom of Lincoln's bust in which most of the metal of the strike flows into and occasionally causes weakness in the reverse lettering. Nothing unusual.
