Coins not adding to registry 1 1

Hello,

Some recent submissions I did haven't been added to the registry which I find strange as they always get added when grading completes.

This one should be sole pop and top pop, and 

https://www.ngccoin.uk/registry/competitive-sets/453910/coins/3319746/

This one should be top pop now as it replaces my ms63 which was top pop.

Hi yes I rang them a week ago, the coins have still not been added to the cencus. Please could someone look into this?

Thank you for reaching out. I do see that you called and talked to one of our phone agents. Sometimes for coins to appear on the Census it can take a week or two from when then are mailed out to you. The system automatically adds all the coins that were shipped usually every other week. If this does not appear on the Census, but next week please reach out and we can ask out IT department about this for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
