I have a penny 1999D with A&M close is that rare or only P&S mint?

Hello and welcome!

Using a list provided by another member of the forum, to be clear for the 1999 year, normal for P and D is CAM. Normal for S is WAM.

The rare ones for 1999 are the P - WAM and the S - CAM.
