Considering that you are unaware that only the 1979 P SBA dollars had the two different rim varieties and all subsequent years had the same rims, I think you need to invest in resource books and learn more about the hobby before you consider submitting a single coin. Once you have put about two years of research into learning about the different coin series and what high grades look like versus common circulation grades, then you can revisit the topic of TPG submitting.
