Hi, to answer your question, no it is not worth grading.  Your coin is of the copper-plated zinc variety.  There were quite a few made.  Your coin is a bit impaired due to a rough 4 decades.

Is this worth to get graded?

Definitely not. With over 6 Billion 1982 D cents minted, they are certainly not scarce.
It would cost you around $60.00 to have a coin worth 1 cent graded.

This is in the running for the world’s LEAST DESERVING COIN for certification. Wherever you’re learning stuff, do a 180 and do the exact OPPOSITE of what you’re doing now.

No, this corroded 1982 (doesn't appear to be a "D") large date, copper plated zinc cent, which is worth its face value of one cent, isn't worth the cost (at NGC, $19 grading fee alone, plus processing and shipping costs that would total more than the grading fee) of submission to a third-party grading service, which is what I assume you mean by "get graded". Before you even think about submitting coins to third-party grading services, you must know how to grade and otherwise evaluate coins yourself. Only individual coins worth at least several hundred dollars are worth the cost of submission, and you won't find them in your change.

Please see the following forum topics for print and online resources that will help you to learn how to evaluate and collect U.S. coins:
