Alot

There is a pinned post in this section titled "coin marketplace guidelines" reading that post and following the guidelines would be a good start.    My advice is to take your "Alot" to a local dealer to sell, most will pay around 3 cents for common circulated wheat cents (cents not pennys this is not the UK).

I agree.  Take your Lincoln cents to a local coin shop.

If your coins are circulated, be prepared to be disappointed with the offer and be ready to take some to the bank for face value.  If you walk in with jars of mixed change, be ready to be sent home with your jars full. Almost every cent after 1958 is coming back home with you.

I'd do your research. Organize the entire collection by mint dates (different piles of coins for each year) then see if any sell for high amounts graded on your sales platform. Send the money makers in to be graded and sell the cheapies In lots or mixed lots with other cheapies. I'm a fan of older pennies with the Wreaths, there nostalgic. You never know you might make some money. Avoid selling to your local coin store, there about pure profit and won't give you anywhere near what there worth.
