1946 Philadelphia mint fine .999 silver bar - No. 243 with a weight of 25.09 OZT 1 1

This epic bar was recently discovered as part of a private collection. These bars are super rare and NEVER come to market. The few that have were purchased at ever increasing prices.  These bars are not readily available on the market and just can't be found for sale.

What do you think of the scarcity of these bars?
