Greetings, It's been a while since I've run a potential mint error by this brain trust. So let's remedy that!

I'm referring to the bottom right area of the obverse and the upper right area of the reverse.

It looks like a shattered die or die deterioration strike. Not particularly rare but some collectors like these coins. Technically its an error. Really its just a quality control issue. It may be classified as a basic mint error coin if determined to be a shattered die strike.  Cheers.
