No rhyme or reason I was only aware of the Apollo 11 coins being signed. Charlie Duke was the CAPCOM for the landing. It is his voice that said, "Roger, Twank...Tranquility, we copy you on the ground. You got a bunch of guys about to turn blue. We're breathing again. Thanks a lot!" I think its pretty cool! He is also the youngest human to set foot on the moon during Apollo 16. No one will beat that in this century. You’ll have to be born there.
