Is a small date over large date no mint mark possible? Through my 10 times loop I can see the smaller 0 smashed over fitting inside the larger 0.

Simple answer, no.

The only 1970 small date has the S mint mark . Seeing yours has no mm, it would not be possible

    No such variety has ever been reported, nor are we provided with any photos. Considering the nature of this OP's previous claims, this one is highly doubtful.
