Here again that could not happen when the coin was struck.

If you are going to look for errors, suggest learning the minting process and.   
what a an actual error is. There are only certain things that can occur when a    
coin is struck that can cause an error. Anything that happens after the coin is struck    
is damage, no matter what the cause.
