Your topic would receive better attention if posted in either of the "Newbie Coin Collecting Questions" or "U.S., World, and Ancient Coins" forums. I'm not familiar with this coin, but it has clearly been "cleaned" or polished, which would reduce whatever value it would otherwise have had.
