Edwardram
Not sure if this is an erro or not. But beautifully toned orange color. Both sides. Worth grading ? Edited November 19, 2023 by Edwardram
dprince1138
The mixed colors on the obverse I would say is due to environmental conditions. Grading Penny Colors
Greenstang
Discolouration is not an error, it is caused by whatever environment it was exposed to. It would cost you in excess of $65.00 to have a coin worth 1 cent to be graded. Sandon
Sandon
Please see my post on your previous topic. This 2017-D copper-plated zinc cent (nearly 4.3 billion minted) is discolored and has light wear as well. It is worth its face value. You are welcome to collect anything you find interesting, and you can easily find countless such pieces in circulation.
