General Grading Question for Silver Maple Leaf Coin 1 1

I submitted a 2023 Canada $5 1 oz Treasured Silver Maple Leaf Congratulations OGP off of eBay and proceeded to submit it to NGC for grading. I sent the entire package showing the coin was the 2023 Congratulations coin. When the coin was returned after being graded, it received the designation of a regular 2023 Maple Leaf and not the Congratulations variety as submitted in the image attached as Line 9. How do I or can I resubmit the coin to receive this designation on the label? I am working on completing a Registry Set and needed this coin for that set. But now I would have to purchase another coin and have it graded as well in hopes of getting that designation.

 

What can I do to get this fixed/changed if possible?
