Thanks for the replys. I am a very casual coin collector that will take a quick glance at the coins in my pocket change. Mostly the ones that have a little luster, checking for wide AMs or something unusual. This caught my attention immediately. From the feedback I guess it’s not worth grading. Going to keep it because I like the eye appeal. Thanks again!

plating blisters on the zinc core cents are very common, it would be a complete waste of money to have a coin like this sent for grading as none of the TPG's would recognize this as an error.   Here is a reference that explains how it happens.
