My first time here after a few years. I have the above mentioned coin, but I cannot ascertain a value of this ASE

 Welcome to the NGC chat board.

 The NGC Price Guide (NGC home page under the "Resources" tab) gives a retail value for a 2016 Silver Eagle graded MS 70 as $60 and $70 for one with a "First Day of Issue" label (listed under "varieties"). The Moy signature is listed but no separate value is stated. I question whether there are many collectors who would actually pay a premium for the label seven years after the coin was issued.
